Job Description
The Community Health Promotion Research Program of RTI International has an immediate opening for a Research Assistant/Analyst (RA) to coordinate and assist with the conduct of public health research and evaluation projects.
Responsibilities
RA is to conduct literature reviews, collect and enter data, coordinate and assist in managing research activities, assist with business proposals, and prepare reports.
Qualifications
BS or BA in Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Public Health, or related field
•Background / interest in the field of public health
•Strong academic record
• Strong oral and written communication skills
•Good organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work collaboratively as a team member
•Quantitative and qualitative research experience / coursework
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
•Experience in SAS, SPSS, or STATA preferred, not required
